Directions to Fascination in Fabrics from Turnpike

  • Exit the Pa. Turnpike at Downingtown and bear left out of the tollbooth onto Route 100 South.  Continue on 100 South until it crosses Route 30 (which runs East &West).  Set your odometer to zero. 

  • Continue on 100 South.  Going approximately 1.7 miles do not bear right toward West Chester.  Instead, just go straight (following the sign “To 202 South”).  At about 3.6 miles the road you are on kind of ends and dumps you onto Route 202 South.

  •  Continue on 202 South until the 7.5 mile mark and you will see signs for 202S, 322E, Chester and Wilmington.  Once again the road you are on just merges and keeps you again onto Route 202 South.

  • Some points to watch for.  At 12.3 miles a major intersection of Route 1 and Route 202.  As you go straight through the intersection (continuing South on Route 202), reset your odometer to zero.

  •  Just so you know you are on the right path, you will see the Glen Eagle shopping Center on your left at the 1.0-mile mark.  Coming up on the 2.2-mile mark, get in the left lane.  You will see a WAWA coming up.  Get into the left turning lane at the WAWA and make a left onto Naamans Creek Road (at which point the WAWA will be on your left and a storage place on your right). 

  •  Keep going until the 6.3-mile mark.  As you go down a slight hill and the road curves to the right, there will be a traffic light and road sign for Larkin Road.  Make a right into the development and go straight down to the third house on the right (3008 Larkin Road). You have arrived.  If, on the other hand, you went past the Ogden Fire House while on Nammans Creek Road, you missed the turn onto Larkin Road so turn around and go back past the fire company (this time on your left side) and make a left onto Larkin)

 

From Delaware Going North on Rt. 95

  •  Coming from Delaware to Pennsylvania, take Rt. 95 North to exit 1 (Chichester) in PA and exit.

  •  At the top of the exit ramp make a left onto Chichester Ave.

  •  Go to the traffic light and make a left onto Meetinghouse Road. Go about a mile to the next light and make a right onto Naaman’s Creek Road.

  •  Go over a mile to the traffic light at Larkin Road and make a left.  You will know you are coming up on Larkin Road when you pass the Ogdon Fire Company on the left.  After making the left onto Larkin, go straight down to 3008 Larkin Road, the third house on the right side.  It is white with burgundy shudders. 

  

From Philadelphia and Rt. 476 via Rt. 95 South

  •  Follow the signs to Rt. 95 South.  Take Rt. 95 South to exit 1 (Chichester) in Pennsylvania and exit.

  •  At the top of the exit ramp make a left & go about 1/3 block to the Chichester Ave. stop sign and make a right onto Chichester Ave.

  •  Go to the next traffic light and make a left onto Meetinghouse Road. Go about a mile to the next traffic light and make a right onto Naaman’s Creek Road.

  •  Go over a mile to the traffic light at Larkin Road and make a left.  You will know you are coming up on Larkin Road when you pass the Ogdon Fire Company on the left.  After making the left onto Larkin, go straight down three houses to 3008 Larkin Rd. on the right side.  It is white with burgundy shudders.
