Nancy is a bib with a double scalloped ruffle. The length is slightly above the regular waistline. The bib, which buttons down the back, can be appliqued or cross stitched. It ties under each arm. A French hand sewn variation is included. Nancy is shown over #90 Virginia, which is sold separately.
